1. Who We Are
PlaceAgent.ai is a trading name of PVDigital EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria (UIC: 205623964), with registered address at 18 Ivan Vazov Street, Sofia, Bulgaria.
We are building a specialist firm for AI Agent talent acquisition — sourcing, evaluating, deploying, and managing AI agents as workforce for companies. This website (placeagent.ai) is a pre-launch information and waitlist page. PlaceAgent.ai's AI Agent talent acquisition services are currently in development. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services or a binding commercial agreement.
For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Bulgarian data protection law, we are the data controller for personal data collected through placeagent.ai.

2. What Data We Collect and Why
We operate a pre-launch teaser website. The only personal data we currently collect is:

We do not collect names, phone numbers, company information, payment data, or location data through this website in its current form.
3. How We Collect Your Data
You provide your email address voluntarily through the waitlist form. Submission requires you to check a consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default — you must actively opt in.
4. Cookies
This website uses a minimal cookie banner for consent management only. No advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics are currently active. If we introduce Google Analytics or similar tools, this policy will be updated and consent obtained before any non-essential cookies are set.
5. How We Store and Protect Your Data
Your email address is stored securely within the European Union using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We use Netlify Forms as our data processor, operating under GDPR-compliant terms with EU data storage.
We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) except where required by processors that use appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
6. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. Your data may be accessed only by PlaceAgent.ai team members and our form processor (Netlify), acting under contract.
7. EU AI Act Transparency Notice
PlaceAgent.ai is building services that involve AI systems. We are committed to full transparency:
- The waitlist form and this website do not use AI to process your personal data or make automated decisions about you.
- When our full service launches, all AI systems used in our recruitment and vetting pipeline will be disclosed to clients and governed under the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).
- Agents classified as HIGH RISK under the EU AI Act will be subject to mandatory human oversight, transparency requirements, and bias testing before deployment.
- We will never use AI to make final decisions about candidates or employment without human review.
8. Your Rights Under GDPR

9. Retention
We keep your email until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or 2 years pass since your last interaction — whichever comes first. After deletion no personally identifiable data is retained.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. Contact us immediately at we@placeagent.ai if you believe we have done so.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services develop. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist members and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
