PlaceAgent.ai is a trading name of PVDigital EOOD, registered in Bulgaria (UIC: 205623964), with registered address at 18 Ivan Vazov Street, Sofia, Bulgaria.

This website (placeagent.ai) is a pre-launch information and waitlist page. PlaceAgent.ai's AI Agent talent acquisition services are currently in development. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services or a binding commercial agreement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using placeagent.ai, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

PlaceAgent.ai's AI Agent recruitment and deployment services are currently in development. This website describes our vision, methodology, and planned services. It does not represent services currently available for purchase.

First client deployments are planned for Q3 2026. Details, pricing, and availability may change. We will communicate updates to waitlist members by email.

All content on this website — including text, design, the PlaceAgent.ai name, the CLEAR framework description, the agent pipeline architecture, and all visual elements — is the intellectual property of PVDigital EOOD.

10. EU AI Act Commitment

PlaceAgent.ai is committed to building AI services in full compliance with the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). Our planned services will include mandatory EU AI Act risk assessments for all AI agents we evaluate, deploy, or recommend. High-risk AI systems will require human oversight and will be clearly disclosed to clients before any deployment.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services develop. We will notify waitlist members of material changes by email. Continued use of the website after notification constitutes acceptance.
